Do you offer fast/expedited shipping?

We offer fast shipping on exception only. Most items are too heavy and voluminous to be shipped expedited which would cost thousands of dollars and often times even more than them item purchased itself. Furthermore or standard shipping time can sometimes be very quick especially for sauna heaters. 

You can select fast shipping by special request, by phone only. 

How can I track my package?

Once your order is ready to ship we will send you an email/call you to ensure that you are ready for us to ship out your order. Upon your confirmation, your order will be shipped within 2-4 days (excluding weekends). Tracking information will be sent to you by email then. 

NOTE : Some freight companies do not provide tracking numbers however we always request an appointment to be made with you at least 24 hours in advance so that you can coordinate receiving the delivery. 

If you did not receive your tracking information. You can request tracking by email via [email protected] or [email protected] as well as by phone by contacting our logistics team at 844-240-9233 Option #4. 

What if I'm not home ?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
