What is the status of my order?

As soon as you have placed your order either via website checkout or phone, we will send you a confirmation email along with a downloadable PDF receipt of your order. Make sure you keep it handy should you need it later on.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it, certain freight company for larger items do not provide tracking).

Additionally, all sauna room deliveries are setup via an appointment. Once the sauna arrives at your nearest terminal, the shipping company should call you to schedule a date & time for the delivery so that you can get yourself ready to receive it. 

If the item is smaller via normal carriers such as UPS or Fedex, you simply need to follow the estimated delivery date for the tracking provided by email previously. 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. 

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across North America which includes the United-States & Canada. Extra shipping fees may apply for remote locations such as Hawaii, Alaska or nearby Islands. 

For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

How long does it take to ship my order?

For items that are "in stock", normal order processing takes anywhere between 2-4 days (excluding weekends) to process it for delivery. Transit time vary based on location and can range from 2 - 14 days. 

For items that are on "pre-order", order processing time vary depending on the production schedule & shipping transit time. In periods of high demand, lead times can vary anywhere between 1-8 months (in extreme cases of delays). However, we will provide regular updates in the event that delays occur.
